If you would like to contact us about a support request, you are welcome to send us an email to kontakt-ase [ät] riseup.net – even if you are not sure whether and how you would like us to support you.
If you would like to, we will then arrange a personal meeting with you as soon as possible and meet you at a nice place that suits you. You can remain anonymous and it is not necessary to explicitly describe the incident or give us intimate information – you decide for yourself what you want to tell us.
Our support will also depend on what you want and need. We will work together to see what is right for you and we won’t do anything that you don’t explicitly want us to do.
The concept on which we base our support work is that of defining power and partiality. In concrete terms, this means that we stand in solidarity with you and do not question your perception of what has happened. Sexualized violence can be psychological, physical and/or emotional violence and only you decide what constitutes the assault for you.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Due to our current capacities, the answer may take a few days.
You can reach us at kontakt-ase [ät] riseup.net
We shape processes to the best of our knowledge and belief in an affected-oriented and transparent manner for those affected and those seeking support. There is always room for criticism and complaints. If you don’t feel comfortable approaching us directly with something, for example, you can also contact the Antisexist Support Jena (ASJ) group.
